UBIK 2025

In a two-part project Changeable artists + special guests invited viewers into an otherworldly ‘Third Space’ inspired by UBIK, the multi-layered substance in Philip K Dick’s 1969 novel. UBIK is slippery, at once a tangible substance, a concept and a metaphor but always a catalyst for exploring time, reality and social change. In our project UBIK 2025, our artworks examined art as a subtle yet potent form of activism that redefines the world we live in, challenging societal norms and allowing for boundless inquiry. Performances by Seona Myerscough and Ornela Novello, two artists discussions led by Diana Wolzak and an amulet making workshop facilitated by Tom Witherwick.

Participating artists: Part 1: Andy Gomez, Eveleigh-Evans, Jennifer Moore, Karen Byrne, Matt Foster, Rachael Causer, Seona Myerscough, Tania Salha, Tom Witherick, Vivien Delta with special guest Katrin Hanusch.
